Fish Fry
Hand-breaded Alaskan pollack, Friday evenings through Lent. It has worked the same way for a long time.

The night
Come hungry.
Bring the family.
The Men’s Club runs the fish fry from setup to the last table wiped down. Dinners are served in the parish hall, and there is always a carry-out line for anyone who cannot stay.
A dinner is hand-breaded Alaskan pollack with your choice of sides, plus dessert, coffee, iced tea and lemonade. Carry-out is available for anyone who cannot stay.
Stations of the Cross are prayed in the church at 5:00, before serving begins.
Volunteering
It takes about thirty men a night.
You need not be a member, and you need not work the whole night.

Tables, chairs, and the serving line before doors open.

Fryers, sides, and keeping the line moving.

Plates out, drinks filled, carry-out orders boxed.

Cleanup
The least glamorous shift and the one that matters most.
